Cookie
Policy.
A short policy, because there is very little to declare.
1. The short version
The public pages of this website set no cookies at all. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers. You can read every page, and submit the contact form, without anything being stored on your device by us.
That is why you are not seeing a cookie consent banner. There is nothing to consent to. We would rather earn the visit than follow you around the internet afterwards.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, so it can recognise your browser on a later request. Similar technologies — local storage and session storage — do much the same thing. This policy covers all of them.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not run ad pixels from any network.
- No third-party analytics. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or equivalent on this site.
- No social media tracking widgets.
- No cross-site tracking or data brokerage. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data. See our Privacy Policy.
4. What we do use
Strictly necessary cookies — client and admin portal only
If you are a client and sign in to the client portal, or if you are a member of our team signing in to the admin area, we set a single authentication cookie so the session works:
- Purpose — keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and protects the account against request forgery
- Type — first-party, strictly necessary
- Contents — a signed session token. It holds no advertising identifier and is not shared with anyone.
- Lifetime — expires when the session ends, and in any case within 24 hours
These cookies are exempt from consent requirements because the service you have explicitly asked for — a signed-in session — cannot function without them. If you block them, you will not be able to sign in. They are never set for visitors who simply browse the public site.
5. Server logs are not cookies
Separately from cookies, our servers keep standard access logs, and the contact form records the IP address a submission came from so we can rate-limit spam. This happens on the server and stores nothing on your device. It is covered in our Privacy Policy rather than here.
6. Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”. Because our public pages set none, blocking cookies will not affect your browsing of this site in any way. It will prevent signing in to the client portal.
7. If this changes
If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will update this page, change the “last updated” date, and ask for your consent through a banner before setting anything. We will not add tracking quietly.
